Extra virgin olive oil produced from a variety called Cassanese.

 

At sight it shows a green gold color, with a medium consistency. On the nose it offers a range of aromas ranging from cut grass, celery and green pepper, to hazelnut and rosemary. Very harmonious oil with a broad and balanced taste, with marked vegetal notes of pepper and green almond. The presence of bitter and spicy is imperceptible or almost absent.

 

It is a "gentle" oil ideal to accompany structured fish dishes, such as a swordfish steak with capers and olives, or a plate of spaghetti with seafood.


The processing of the olives is carried out with a three-phase milling system within 12 hours of harvesting. The entire processing is carried out with a "cold extraction" system.

Olive Oil Sant'Oro - Leccino

Light Fruity

 

Extra virgin olive oil produced from olives of the Leccino cultivar.

 

Oil with hints of fresh almond.

Olive Oil Sant'Oro - Peranzana

Medium Fruity

 

Extra virgin olive oil produced from a variety called Peranzana.

 

Its oil gives off very fragrant smells. Quite balanced bitter and spicy presence.

 

Suitable for all types of dishes, and for its very particular aroma and its medium fruity it is recommended to use it raw on dishes based on fish, meat, vegetables and salads.

Intense Fruity

 

Extra virgin olive oil produced from olives of the Picholine cultivar.
